This past year Mattel contracted me out to develop some deco for one of their new sets of Hot Wheels. It was a fun project, but honestly, took me forever to locate this piece. Every time I head over to Target, the Mattel Connect cars have already been picked through and left with a handful of states. Maybe that is a good sign. Anyway. Next time you are out shopping, stop by the toy section and see if it’s there.

In the next day or two I will be getting proofs of the 3 books to either revise or sign off. The scheduled time to get the books in will be Friday, March 13th or a few days sooner. So in the mean time, a special pre-order is available at . Legacy of Defeat Store. The Typography book is a Reprint with a slightly larger format. The Spring ‘09 Lookbook is a collection of new and slightly older work. And the Back in Black book is the marketing book with all the event details, photos, art, etc.

Just wrapped up new font for the week. Blackmail Sect is now available! It’s located in the Hydro Section Section.

Last night I had to do a couple quick strikes at a small rushed project from Revolt for a upcoming Scion event in Miami. A couple quick mocks at a silk screen poster. Over all, turned out decent. We’ll see once things get approved.

New Font from Hydro74. Tyranny Gothic is a Blackletter font built out of the need that there are not that many great Blackletter fonts out there. Go and check it out in the Hydro74 Stock section.

Just finished up the new font Golden Age. It’s a nice semi-letterhead signage font with a progressive vibe. There are new fonts coming soon. But in the mean time, check out Hydro74 Stock Section.
