Okay. I will admit, I am very happy with the illustration. Still some places that needs touch ups, but over all, pretty damn good. I still need to think of a phrase or type for it, and as of right now, the poster mock is just that, a mock. I’ll probably finalize it sometime in the next few days. I think with the elephant that has been started, might be redrawn. I like this profile view. However that damn beast is semi-complicated.. so, ‘oh sigh’… Anyway, need a break, been at this piece for a while.

Here is a illustration that I’ve started to work on today. This is still pretty raw, and the structure is subject to change as the ideas fully come in. After listening to Palin running her mouth and pushing the real issues under the rug and pushing religion, lies about her past and just the sad fact that as of right now, both McCain and Palin are pushing emotion and pity as reason to vote for them, I figured it was time for me to illustrate how i feel. I am tired of hearing that the reason to vote for them is because he’s a former P.O.W., she’s a ‘hockey’ mom, and hateful ideas on the ‘gay agenda’, ‘abortion’, and forgetting the fact that the economy hurting, this war has no solution, evidence of climate change, etc.. gets me really annoyed. Sorry for the rant… I am excited to start on the donkey

Just got back from ASR & Agenda. Over all it was a great event. My plan was just to go and do a couple meetings and get face time with a few that I have worked with. On the first day we hit up ASR and walked it. Ran into a few friends over at Dragon and Anarchy. There were a couple times I was stopped by a few people who knew who I was. Later that afternoon, we (Troy White and I) headed over to Agenda. I as able get a few moments with few that I knew, and just walked around seeing what was going on. About halfway through, the DCMA crew grabbed me and asked why I never go back to Cary Hart. I never got any of his emails and they told me to go and talk with him, when i turned around, Cary was right behind me, so we talked for short bit. Maybe that is a sign that I’m doing okay when he wanted to talk to me. After that, we just relaxed and got ready for the Social Distortion and Rev Horton Heat show over at the House of Blues. It was a event party put on by Converse and Troy was able to get us on the list. Next day was much the same.. That night we hit the DC Shoes and Spy part and saw Hyper Crush. It was pretty kick ass. The last night I was tired and not feeling up to par so I had to blow off the Tribal BBQ. I so wanted to go but it must been one of the several taco dinners taht wrecked me.
