Among the various projects going on, I took some time to play around with some new illustrations. The first is a cyborg styled skull. I am planning on getting a little back into my ‘robotic’ style, but up it up a notch with some new techniques i’ve started to toy around with. The second is a pilot that I first mocked up in Photoshop, then did a rough sketch to high-light areas that i wanted to focus on. Over all, it was nice putting these together and a nice change from what I’ve been doing that is client related.

I like these much more then the semetrical flourish stuff you’re known for. It seems a lot (including myself) choose that style and I myself have started to venture far from it. So keep exploring new things, it’s always insperational.

That cyborg skull looks amazing, can’t wait to see it finished. I think all your mechanical works are great, you should continue coming up with new ideas with that.
