It just dawned on me that today is the middle of the week. I was thinking it was Tuesday all day long, which was fine since there isn’t anything looming over me, deadline wise. However just took me back for a few minutes as I double checked to see what day it is. I also started to prep a image for a illustration I really want to dive into, & much like the other, this kept going further and further. But this time, i got the effect I wanted. I wanted a slightly velvet painted look, but not too obvious. Turned out okay, and I’m stoked on it. Lastly, as a side note… My birthday is coming up.. Hydro74 is a year older! whoot. This event happens on the 9th of April. Not even looking forward to it. I think I’ll throw a little party for myself when Chris Parks & Yasly join up with me to check out a local gallery event!
