I was going through some folders today and found a old piece I did up for Thick Records. It was pretty crazy and quickly mocked, but has a nice vibe to it. Here is the final art… Also, it’s a good album & Thick has some great artist as well (Tossers, Calliope, Haymarket Riot…). Good times… Good times.

Here is a recent illustration for Subaru that I did with The Designory over in Long Beach, California. This Illustration was for the major auto show and part of their promotions. it was a pleasure to work on and produce.

Got some photos from the recent Namm show that Suhr Guitars was at. Hydro74 assisted with their apparel and P.O.P. displays as well as some posters that their artist signed. After talking with Joshua over there, sounds like things went really well and had great feedback this year.

Just got back from the Pale Horse show. I had a great time. Thanks for the invite Chris!. Couple pieces that really stood out, and there were many, were ones from Brandon Dunlap & Horsebites. Over all, a very impressive show, and you can see some photos over on my flicker page. Highlights include… noticing a penis on a painting.. which we didn’t see before, seeing a guy with tight jeans and only a motorcycle jacket walk the show, seeing the massive amounts of cookies Michelle made… and of course hooking up with Joe. I’m dead tired, it’s 3:30am. So i might revise this later when i’m not tired as heck!

I would like to thank a few for bringing it to my attention. I will be working on getting comments up (if at all possible) thus it will be like the older blog. I really personally enjoy seeing what people have to say as well as the interaction. so yes, there should be a correction here sometime shortly.

I was just going through some archives and forgot all about this Ad that I developed for Kink. I was in process of just playing around with slightly geometric shapes and color. At the time, I wasn’t the biggest fan of it, but now, seeing it again, actually isn’t too bad.

I was checking out a few sites to see what was new and discovered a few shirts out there that I did. I totally forgot about the Rip Curl piece. It’s always refreshing to scan a few sites and notice pieces you were directly involved in or obvious ideas that you know you influenced.

This weekend I’ll be heading over to St. Petersburg for the Pale Horse gallery show. These pieces turned out really well. I ordered frames and got them in yesterday. After the glue set, I framed them up and got stoked. The biggest debate is do I keep these or let them go. However, since it is for the gallery show, they will be $300 a piece. If anyone is around this weekend in Tampa or St. Petersburg, Pale Horse is throwing a gallery show with free booze. I’ll be attending and kicking it with Chris Parks.
